Commission Policy

This Commission Policy outlines the terms, process, and expectations regarding custom artwork commissions provided by FERMIN J. (“we,” “us,” “our”, or “the Artist”).
For the purposes of this Commission Policy, “you” and “your” refer to any client, customer, or individual submitting a commission inquiry, purchasing commissioned artwork, or otherwise interacting with our commission services.
By submitting a commission request, making a payment, or otherwise engaging in the commission process, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this Commission Policy.

Changes to This Commission Policy
We may update this Commission Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, pricing structure, workflow, operational practices, or legal requirements.
Any updates will be posted on this page along with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of this website or continuation of the commission process after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Commission Policy.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work on your commission. This secures your slot in my schedule.
Cancellations
If a client cancels the commission after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded.
Revisions
When a commission is accepted, we are confident in our ability to deliver an artwork that meets the agreed vision and quality standards. Throughout the creative process, the artist will remain in constant communication with the client through direct messages, including regular progress updates and previews of the artwork.
Minor revisions and adjustments are unlimited during the process to ensure the final artwork meets your expectations and satisfaction.

Timelines
Estimated completion time will be provided at the start. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will communicate any changes promptly.
Copyright & Usage
The artist retains the rights to the artwork. Clients receive personal use rights; commercial use will require a separate agreement.
